ENHANCE” is a gym unlike any other you have been to before.

We believe that life is too short not to have fun, so a balanced approach to fitness is crucial.

We have a big emphasis on community and make sure everyone feels welcome. We strive to be an all inclusive studio and cater to ALL fitness levels.

GROUP CLASSES:

E" Metcon:
This class is our strength training class with hints of conditioning work. This circuit based class will tax all of your energy systems, leave no muscle untouched and maximise your health and fitness.

V” O2:
V”02 is our cardiovascular based class designed to keep the heart rate elevated and challenge your aerobic capacity. Using cardio machines, high repetition weights and bodyweight movements expect your heart rate to soar and get ready to sweat!

E” HYBRID:

Our HYBRID class is all about bodweight movements and cardio work. Get strong and move well with your best tool…Your body.

“If you want to move better, you better get moving”

Pre/Post Natal:

Training thats designed to give new and expecting mums confidence in exercise and their abilities to train.

At Enhance" we encourage you to bring your wee ones to the class.We have matts and ball pits to keep them occupied.

The classes will always be restricted to 8 people max. This way we can keep everyone safe and make sure you have all the attention that is needed.

SERVICES:

Small Group Personal Training (SGPT):
SGPT groups never consist of more than 4 like-minded individuals and will allow you to work those strength, body composition or technic goals that might have been unaffordable before.

Simply put, pay a fraction of the price of 1:2:1 personal training but receive all the health and fitness benefits and more. If you have ever wanted to try personal training but have been put off for one reason or another then this is the alternative for you.

1:2:1 Personal Training:
Every session will be tailored by the ENHANCE” trainers to your specific health and fitness goals and take into account any injuries you may have. Body composition and nutrition will also be tracked to maximise the benefits you receive from the training.  

Sports Massage (EARLSFIELD ONLY):

Sports Massage Therapy involves a combination of several different massage techniques; the overall point is to help relieve muscle tension, improve range of motion, shorten recovery time from workouts, and to help prevent and treat injuries.


 

CANCELLATIONS:

A member should cancel their booking at least 6 hours in advance of the session to avoid being debited or losing their class Drop-in pass. For sessions between 630am and 10am, members should cancel their booking by 10pm the night before the class to avoid being debited or losing their session token.

WAITING LISTS:

ALWAYS put yourself on a waitlist. We all live busy lives here in London so we know people will need to cancel sessions from time to time. If you are not on the waitlist then you won't get in.

If you have not opted into receiving emails from MINDBODY then you won't receive a notification you have made the session if you were on a waiting list.

NO SHOW:

If you fail to show up for a class you are booked into you will lose your drop-In or class token. If you make a habit of this (3 times in a row) you will debited £15.

SHANE RUTHERFORD

With over 15 years experience across 4 different countries Shane (Founder/Co-owner) has seen it all in terms of health and fitness. He takes great pride in making sure that you are not only achieving your goals you are in fact moving better each time you leave the studio. With a Diploma in Sports Science and sports rehab background Shane believes there is no point re-inventing the wheel but making the wheel spin better. 

 
 
 
 

DAVID MILLARD

As an ex-professional rugby player David (Co-owner)  knows first hand how much hard work needs to be put in to achieve good results. Having grown up in a team environment David always has amazing energy and passion for his job. David is our strength, conditioning and nutrition expert with a MSc of S&C from St Marys London and Qualified Precision Nutrition coach. 

 
 
 

RORY NIXON-ECKERSALL

Rory comes from a background in Strength & Conditioning, having coached and interned in both academy and professional sporting environments alongside his academic studies. 

This has led him to become passionate about helping people realise what their bodies are capable of through the basics of consistent training that is fun, challenging and improves daily life
